Two items in the contract he did not perform:  cleaning up and cleaning the gutters.  I still find pieces of the old roof blown into the yard, and an individual who performed some cleaning around my house said  it was a wonder I didn't have flat tires given the number of nails left in my driveway.  Second, I could tell that at least some of the gutters were not cleaned.  The worst thing occurred directly after he had finished.  The gutters began dripping and paint was coming off the soffits.  I called him about this, and he had the nerve to tell me it was normal wear and tear.  Amazing how it happened all at once and affected a number of gutters simultaneously.  Where I have gotten with this so far is to have the gutters inspected by more than one individual who have been unanimous in saying that the problem must  be originating in something done or not done during the roofing.

Good workers - get job done quickly with pretty good clean-up but found lots of old nails behind gutters and in yard below gutters.  Still have water leaking around furnace exhaust/intake pipe through roof that apparently was improperly sealed.  Another problem - we have never received warranty on Owens-Corning shingles installed.  Would like option to transfer warranty as a "perk" when selling house.  Business stated they'd submit warranty card/data and warranty would arrive in mail - it never came.  Have phoned business on numerous occasions to complain of water leak and failure to receive warranty but no response from installer.  Business never answers phone - has answering service for call back only.  Had one call-back on leak long ago but no action was taken to repair it.  Due to this installer's unresponsiveness to problems it would be wise to avoid this installer.  Looks like legal action would be necessary to get installer to follow up on installation problems.
