Awful! Our home was listed with pictures from my CELL PHONE last minute. No other pictures were ever taken. One picture still has A FOOT in it that should have been cropped out! Our open house wasn't advertised until the day before, and the sign wasn't put up until 10 minutes before. No refreshments were provided. All the realtor did was show up and open the blinds. We were never given updates unless we text to ask for them.
Our house was vacant for 5 weeks and only checked on once. We asked 3x over 3 weeks for a completed sign to be put in our yard, and it wasn't until our home had been listed over 2 months. We were lied to about the sign. Halloween is huge in our area, but no one suggested doing anything to get attention to our home. When I asked to get out of the contract, we hadn't had a showing in about a month. Kathy asked for another week, we said ok - she called back and basically had nothing for us. She hadn't even pulled comps. She said our cell phone pictures were great and we shouldn't change them. She told me she would call back the next day with comp information and a plan of action. She didn't call back. 2 days later I asked, again, to terminate. I wanted something special done for halloween and she basically laughed at me. It's easy to laugh or smirk when you aren't paying two mortgages.
She called back Monday during a time she knew I wouldn't be able to answer and left a voicemail saying no to the termination, but not giving us any plan of action. I called back 5 minutes later at th eoffice and on her cell, and text twice. No response at all. I now know all we are doing is kicking the can down the road. Oh, I also found out there was a shwoing yesterday - only because I asked! No one would have even told me. 
I just want others to be aware of this. This is my experience. Most realty companies in Morgantown will let a client unhappy with their services out, but KLM would not let us out. Our house is on the same street as the Halloween house and will get a lot of traffic this week, so I doubt I'll hear anything back until after that. Their contract is written in a way that all they are obligated to is putting your home on MLS and in print advertising. And that's basically all I've gotten.

KLM is greatly respected in the Morgantown area. All of their agents are great, thanks to their owner, Kathy Martin. They listened to my dreams, helped me keep them in perspective and spent the time needed to show me properties that were within my price range and requirements. I found the perfect home, with their help. Their rates were appropriate and their customer service was excellent. I am preparing to now sell my home and will use KLM for this sale.

I worked with Lisa Simons. She was great and easy to get a hold of. She worked hard to get the deal done. I would recommend her.

Our agent at KLM was Jo Poulin. We would highly recommend her to anyone moving to the area. We were first time home buyers, but despite our inexperience thought we knew more about real estate then we did. Jo was really patient with us as we got acclimated to the Morgantown market and found us the perfect house to fit our needs. She listened to what we wanted, didn't try to pressure us, stayed within our price range, and answered each and every question we had about the process. Jo is really down to earth, friendly, straight forward, and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend her to anyone moving to Morgantown.

The sale did not come together, but that was a result of an inability to come to terms between seller and buyer. She performed very well; she is very smart, personable, competent, transparent and reliable. In fact she was willing to go to amazing lengths to facilitate the transaction. I actually feel badly that we did not complete the sale for her sake. We hope to be able to use her again as our buyer's agent.
