I am super happy with the whole experience. The work is excellent and looks great. The guys who did the work were friendly and polite (I'll actually miss seeing them around!). It took a little longer to complete than anticipated due to the COVID-19 situation, but that was totally fine with me. I would absolutely recommend this company!

It went very well I was very pleased with what they did. Three men came out and it took about two weeks to complete. They cleaned up everything. They were here when they said they would be. They worked strictly on my project. I would tell a friend or family member that they had good service. They did a great job with the estimate and drew a picture. They had good responsiveness. If they didn't show up because of the weather, they called ahead of time.

The workers worked hard and let me know everything that was going on.  I was satisfied with the job.  They also added an angle on the roof for some more detail which was nice.  They always showed up early due to the heat.

Like I said we were happy with the work after they were done.  However 1 month later we had a large water leak in the basement and found that the pipes were not well connected and had come apart.  We had fixed that ourselves.  Then about 2 months later we noticed a lump in the floor.  We called Karen and she sent a couple of her guys out they fixed it but found that it was because they used different sized plywood for the floor and under the bathtub.  They fixed the floor but to fix it they ripped the flooring and and put a whole in the wall.  About 6 or 7 months later we again had a leak that ruined the drywall around the bathtub.  I contacted Karen and sent her pictures, she never responded to email or text message.  We again fixed that problem ourselves.

Called them after a number of disappointments (mainly no-shows) by several other providers. Karen and her son came to look at the job on the next Saturday morning after a fairly heavy snowfall. They showed up precisely when they said they would. They were sympathetic about my problem and professional in their assessment of the situation. They are familiar with and appreciate both the charms of old houses and the difficulties that can be encountered in working on them. Karen contacted me by e-mail when she was delayed a few days in getting an estimate to me, then sent me a reasonable estimate by e-mail. They were able to start the job within about 3 days after that. They ran into an unexpected problem with the floor when they had taken the vinyl up and corrected that at a very reasonable and minimal additional cost, even though it threw their schedule off a day. After they thought they were through I found a small leak in one of the pipes to the shower where the solder had not held. They came out within a couple of days and corrected that without delay or grumbling. They cleaned up after themselves and left the room spotless. Prompt, professional, proficient, friendly, great communication, beautiful work. Would not hesitate to recommend them. I only hope I can get them to do my other bathroom and some other projects around here.
