We've had Comcast for many years. Other than the price we are happy with the service. Every time (rarely) we have had a problem they have been very helpful and very punctual. During a service call they respected our property and tried to keep it clean. They offered suggestions on how our service could be improved and offer to schedule another service call to improve our interior wiring. They replaced and upgraded my router with one of their's when it malfunctioned, at not additional cost to me. Their service center is easy to get to and has never been crowded when I've been there. Which is a major improvement over the old service center. Most of my trips were to get upgraded equipment.
