 + 0 moreAfter the initial first year reasonable price, the price keeps going up. They are the only cable provider most renters can use in the area. We need more competition.

 + 0 moreThis company has terrible customer service and responsiveness. Unfortunately they were our only option for cable and internet (combined) services. Because our daughter let the technician into the house when service was initiated, they put the billing in her name. We tried to change it over the course of 6-7 years, the entire time we owned it, and the company refused to allow us to change it without both she and us coming into their office to sign forms (we live 2 hours away and typically visit only on weekends when Comcast offices are closed). When our daughter married and moved to another home, she couldn't get Comcast new-service offers because the townhouse service was still in her name! We sold the townhouse last month and thank goodness we hope we don't have to deal with them again!
Description of Work: Provided cable and internet services for approx. 7 years at a townhouse we owned for our children while in college.

 + -1 moreThe have all kinds of service, and I have the most basic, and the least expensive. I get very few channels. I don't get ESPN, and I could get hundred channels, but for my price I get 20 channels.
