Home Inspection
Inspector arrived on time with all the gear he needed. He was very courteous to family, very thorough in the inspection, answered all questions homeowners had, and explained work in full. He was there for approximately 3 hours (2,000 sq ft home) taking exhaustive notes and pictures. The report was posted on the company's secure website two days later and remains there today for my quick access and convenience. The report was very detailed with commented pictures of noted issues. I've used the report as a manual to fix some of the issues myself, and to hire professionals for some (e.g., small asbestos removal job, chimney repair).
