I was in an accident that was not my fault. They were very easy to work with and took care of so much insurance stuff for me. I was able to walk in and get an estimate and get my car scheduled to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. were even able to coordinate with the rental car company so that I didn't have to wait around for a ride.

I contacted them on short notice and they were able to accommodate me quickly. I was in and out with a copy of the estimate in about 30 minutes.

They made the whole process go very smoothly.

When I made the estimate appointment, there was some confusion as to the driving safety of my vehicle. I explained that I had been hit on the back axle and that it was not handling correctly. Once there for the estimate, the guy says nothing to me during the process. I had expressed that the reason I had chose this facility was because they could do ALL of the repairs. I dropped the car off on 11/23, with a tentative date to pick up on 12/11. There was no communication at all until I called them on 12/14 to ask about progress. Again I asked if the mechanical issues were addressed, the reply being "I'm not sure but will make a note to check and have someone call you". They called the following Monday to let me know it was not ready but possibly Wednesday 12/19. I again called on the following Friday 12/21, left a message for update. They left me a message on Saturday for me to pick up vehicle. I did not get the message until much later that evening, after they had already closed. So now its' Monday/ Christmas eve, my husband gets there by noon to pick up the car. HE asks if the mechanical issues have been addressed, he is told yes. The noise from the rear end is MUCH louder by the time I get back up there, and take the guy for a ride to hear it. To make a long story short, they were unable to figure out the noise but did make adjustments to the body work that was not up to par. I am still waiting on the phone call for the bumper repairs they missed. I got the impression that they are overbooked and having trouble keeping up.

I called in Feb of 2012 and they were pretty booked up which is probably a function of their good work and the type of work they do. Their first appointment was April 9. I dropped my car off on Monday morning. They told me that it was estimated to be a 3-4 day repair. The younger woman at the counter was very nice and very helpful. I had not heard back from them by Friday, so I called in the afternoon and and I spoke to the older woman concerning my vehicle. She was less helpful and didn't seem to know what was going on. She told me to call back at 4:30. When I called back at 4:30 she told me the vehicle should be ready the next day and that I was to call at 10am to see if it was ready. This was a problem for me which I was fortunately able to work out with the rental company. I picked my car up the following Monday.

Their work is excellent and they guaranteed it for as long as I own the car . They detailed the outside of my car and vacuumed and cleaned the inside, which was a very nice perk. They fixed the car for the price of the estimate from the insurance company. I have no reference to know if that total was reasonable, but I was very happy I didn't owe any extra. I was very satisfied with their work. They even used the extra paint to touch up some other spots that my husband (yes my husband) put on the car.

Overall it took a little longer than I expected, but I would have rather waited and had it done correctly. Just make sure to schedule the appointment away from times that you might have other things going on. Their work was great and I feel like they went the extra mile to make the experience better. I have not had to have any other body work done to a car, but this was a very good experience, overall. No major complaints.

i have gone to this place for 10 years for vehicle repairs and they have always done excellent work and at reasonable prices...but this last time my daughter was treated rudely by the receptionist and they changed the pickup date 3 times without telling her...if i hadn't called before we went to pick her truck up we would have made a trip for nothing....i had to call everyday because they "had to many customers to call them all".. when my daughter called back to talk to the supervisor he agreed with the receptionist that they didn't have time to call her and let her know that her vehicle wouldn't be ready for pickup,

the work done at this shop is excellent, but, the attitude is more like they don't worry about the car owner so much as they do the insurance company that is paying for the majority of the work.....

very well. Our vehicles have always looked like new with no imperfections. 100% satisfied with their work!
