I spoke with Karin (mgr) before purchasing pool.  She was condescending and rude at that time.  But I gave her the benefit of the doubt and purchased the pool package and installation anyway.  I paid for everything at that time.  The pool liner did not fit (wrong size sent, defective... I don't know) and never got a straight answer about it.  Then when the new liner came in, her installation guy said his guys would be there the next morning to install the new liner.   After being told 2-3 days in a row they would be there and never showed up, I got upset.  Finally, the pool is in but the solar cover and winter cover was missing.  Karin told me the winter cover will not even be in until after September and the solar cover was on backorder.  She asked me not to call her anymore because she is so busy and that she would call me when it came in.  This was the first week in July of 2012.  I waited for 5 weeks and still no call about the solar cover.  I decided to check on it and then I called to try to get a price from them so maybe I could order one somewhere else.  Loretta (Karin's mom I later found out) hung up on me.  Not once but 5 times.  All I wanted was some prices on the solar cover and winter cover.  Karin called me and CUSSED ME OUT!  I could not believe it!  I PAID FOR IT!  Karin then said you should have called. I explained I did call but she insisted I not call back because she would call me when it came in from being backordered.  I found out today she sold it instead of calling me.  When I asked for a refund for the solar cover and winter cover she threw a fit and said all you will get is $39 for the solar cover and nothing for the winter cover.  I told her I felt sorry for her and that I would say a prayer for her, Loretta and her business and she can have the $39 because if this is the way she treats her customers she will need.it.  I read a couple reviews about their unfriendly and condescending behaviors, but it was after what happened today.  I hope someone reads this before shopping with Cam-Rock Enterprises and chooses to shop for their pool, fireplace, wood stove etc. from somewhere else to avoid all the degrading and rude attitudes at this store.  I am shocked they are still in business.
