 + -1 moreContractor mostly assigned one worker. Inside of home was damaged by a leak created by the installer. Gutter repair work was never completed. In spite of this contractor tried to overcharge for the partial work done by over $4,000. Called contractor repeatedly to finish work, and he does not respond. Calls go directly to voicemail, and he never returns the call. Have filed a complaint with the WV Attorney General. This contractor was dishonest and incompetent in my dealings with him.
