The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not like the modular company they use because of the type of building specs they use - the building of the home is 20 on center and 16 on center is a better frame. I found them to bit a little more expansive. It also seemed a bit difficult to get accurate pricing when I changed things about the proposed home.

Every home starts with the base price, the customer then has the choice to add in other options and features as the budget permits, such as the 16" o.c. walls. This allows customers to design their homes based on what is important to them. The purchase went more quickly and smoothly than we had thought possible, and we have been more than pleased with the maintenance of the neighborhood, the cleanliness, and safety American Homes is providing in Canyon Village. All the representatives have been courteous, kind, and genuinely caring regarding the needs of our mother who had recently undergone cancer treatments and suffered from a broken back, and continually suffers from poor health.
