A-1 Heating & Cooling HVAC

Mr. Dailey was absolutely phenomenal and I'm so thankful we not only selected him to install our new furnace, but that he remembered me nearly 10 years after that install and immediately called me back.  In addition to all the snow outside (almost 2'), our house was chilling and nearing 50 degrees) so I was getting pretty close to a panic mode with an 11-month old in the house too).  Since the roads were closed, Mr. Dailey was unable to travel to my house, so he took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting over the phone (and I was not the only one--he had said I was the sixth person seeking advice that day, and that the other five were all successes).  Not only did he successfully identify the problem and fix it, but also gave me the assurance in performing an additional step if the pressure switch was to malfunction again (which was what the indicator was calling for).  It did and I had the confidence to perform that step, keeping our house warm and everybody happy.  As a very happy, and thankful, customer, I highly recommend Mr. Dailey and his business, A-1 Heating and Cooling HVAC, for any furnace related project/issue.

furnace stopped working...called on Monday and scheduled a service call for Tuesday...technician called to confirm his arrival at the appointed time....evaluated the problem which he diagnosed as a faulty circuit board,...retrieved a replacement part from his truck and then installed it to finished the repair...everything works fine now.   Great service!!

The AC has been working properly and we will call Kevin for our fall furnace inspection and maintenance service in October.
