Excellent service

The electric went out in my two bathrooms and bedroom. My husband and I were out of town attending a wrestling tournament. My husband coaches and we had two grandsons wrestling. I called PRO 1 ELECTRIC after having called the power company and another electrician. The electrician was unable to find the problem. I called PRO 1 and they were onsite within the hour. An hour later they text me the problem was a ground wire needed fixed. They fixed the problem very quickly and satisfactorily. I would recommend PRO 1 for any electrical issues without reservation.

They were very professional, worked quick and efficiently. They were very easy to work with overall.

The owner of the business sent 2 other young men. They did a good job, but we had to wait longer than we had been told the day before when they were coming to see what we needed done, and then waited quite a bit longer they day they did the work than what time we had been told they would be there. That was our only real complaint.

The original barn and shop job, listed above, was performed in 2010, and they were extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. They didn't just go the extra mile, they ran a marathon, service wise. They installed junction boxes, conduit, added an auxillary panel to the main for better power distribution, installed lighting inside and out my barns (large) and shop, and overall just did a bang-up, 1st rate job.
I had them back in 2011 to repair my back up generator service, and they fought with the mfg. to get it all covered under warranty, and did. I paid a nominal fee, and that was it. Over the course of the next year or so, I could always call them if I had a problem, and often they resolved it over the phone, at no charge.
When we decided to remodel our kitchen, I called them first, but they were on a large job and couldn't get to me for a long time, so they recommended another electrician whom I called, and he came out and quoted the job, promising to start the following week. I never heard from him again, despite repeated attempts to reach him. I gave up, called Mark at Pro 1, and when he found out what had happened, he had a full crew standing in my house the next morning to do whatever it took to get the job done. As always, it was 1st rate work, done in one day, and everything worked perfectly.
I cannot say enough about Mark, Mike, and his crew. They are very professional, very focused and customer driven. I would never use anyone else.
