PKB RVS

We rented a camper for a week from PKB Camper Sales and Rentals. Paid $636.00 + a $300.00 security Deposit. After we get the camper set up one of the kids decides they need to use the bathroom so when they do we discover the toilet is plugged up, it runs out on the floor(Disgusting) and the black water tank is full. So we clean up the mess, disassemble everything so the camper can be moved and we go to the dumpsite and empty the tank which should have been done by PKB. We get back to the campground get everything set up again and find out that the hot water heater won't light so we go without hot water for the week. We are upset and decide to go home a day early and delivered the camper before noon a day early and cleaner than we first rented it. I explained everything to the secretary and the owner and they said they don't normally give a refund for early returns or the trouble we experienced with their rental camper. We kept up on our end of the deal but feel they did not and all we wanted was to be reimbursed a small amount for problems that the camper should have never had. I feel these people only care about the money they make and not about their service so I dont care about their service either. From here on out, I will recommend anyone that asks, to steer clear of this company because services rendered were not equal to the money that was spent!
