Air Conditioner was not shutting off.  The blower would shut down but not the ourside unit.  They came and repaired the unit the same day of the call and was at the issue around one hour!  Outstanding.

They are punctual.  They show up when they are supposed to.  We did have problem with one of their technicians. Evidently, he was new; he did not know much.  I always use their guy named Jeff.  Jeff is very good at what he does but he sends a new boy over there and he was not even a fruitcake.  He showed up twice so we assumed that it was repaired.  Then the renter says, “I don’t have any air.”  I go over there and there are pieces lying around.  He ran the line on top of the kitchen cabinets.  That new boy, I don’t know if he is still working there but he was terrible.  This happened only that one particular time with them.  Actually, I just went out and found another guy because I told Jeff, “I am not going to train your people.  I don’t have time for that.”  I mean, putting a service line over the top of kitchen cabinets; now I don’t know what school this guy went to.  That looks bad and you have a high-pressure line on top of kitchen cabinets, which is not safe.  I am thinking, I have nice town house apartments and it looked like a dump after he had been there.

We called D&R Heating and cooling to come fix our furnace when it stopped working in winter. The repairman came out and spent about 2 hours tearing vents apart. He believed that they were clogged or damaged and they were the source of our problem. He said it would cost over $1,500 to replace our vents and this was the only way to fix the problem. So the next day we called another company (we'll call them company B). Company B came out to our house and in about an hour determined that our vents were fine, the problem was a dying motor D&R apparently overlooked, and replaced the motor and a safety switch. Total cost: $200. If I had gone with D&R to fix my problem I would have been out $1,300 or more, been without heat for a week in Winter, and still not had my problem fixed. Will never call them again.
