Bobby called to let us know when he would be arriving and arrived as he stated. He immediately started to diagnose the issue with our Maytag Neptune front loading washer. Luckily he was able to find a replacement part (water valve) and returned in short order to complete the repairs. He was a professional and would use this company again.

The gentleman called, in a professional manner, about our needs, and met us at our apartment. He highlighted the probelm, and then instructed us on what was going on and how to fix it. We were able to have our washed within an hour! Very please with his work and his kind information

After replacing all of the electronic components and panels, the range still did not work properly. More than one visit was made by the provider. The provider did not fix the range. The last calls I made to the provide were not returned or followed up on by the provider.
