Best HVAC company in the area. Fast, professional and quality service! The house has never had proper temperatures until Trenary Service serviced my HVAC system. The airflow is amazing!

My review for Trenary Service Company is not good. I had Joe from the company come out. The service call was $99.00. All he did was to do a factory reset on the thermostat. The thermostat would lose power during the heating cycle. It would keep doing this over and over. Joe thought it was corrected, however it was not. I had to schedule another appointment. When i made the appointment i told them that i was not going to pay for them to come back when it was not fixed the first time. I waited almost a month. On the day he was scheduled to come out, Monday December 7th, the office called and said it would be $165.00 just to come out. He never fixed the problem in the first place, why are you charging me $165.00 to diagnose it again. No matter how you look at this, its wrong. Charge me for the gas, charge me for the parts or labor, but don't charge me to show up when it wasn’t fixed the first time. My time is no less important than theres. While this company may have good reviews, i would not wish this experience on anyone.

Came quickly worked quickly But charged four times the amount that others charge for the refrigerant

Called about my issue and they were able to work me into the schedule pretty quickly even though others had a large backlog. Tech came out and found the issue and corrected it right on the spot since the part was in stock. Price was totally reasonable and amazing service.

As far as I know - the assessment was done correctly but one of the filters was undersized and the recommended size of filter which we were told to purchase is still undersized. We signed a yearly contract and were supposed to have a check up prior to the cooling season. This was scheduled but the techs were a no call / no show. Rescheduled for August - halfway through the cooling season - for the morning. I called the day before to confirm. At noon on the scheduled day - I called again and was told that we were next on the list. I needed morning. I called on August 20th to cancel the yearly contract and was told that they might refund the $100.00 that we had paid up front. Said they would be in touch. On September 12th - I sent an email to also ask about a refund since we paid for services that we never received. There was nothing in the contract that we signed that stated that they would not refund monies. In the email of September 12th I asked, at least, to be sent an email even if they weren't going to refund the money. I have received no communication from the office.

Trenary Service Company is nothing but a professional company I was so happy with the service that I received from them. They came out quickly and fixed my AC unit on a hot day so Within 5 minutes they had figured out the issue and worked to correct it so I could sleep at night. They were personable, competitively priced and honest. Would hire again for any future work.
