Installers were very knowledgeable and professional. 
Did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one.
Had a faulty capacitor replaced in July 2015 free of charge when unit failed to blow cold air.
Otherwise unit runs great and energy efficient.

I had a new gas line installed for a new propane oven that I had delivered on the previous day. Prior to delivery, I had contacted them inquiring about cost to have a line run. They gave me some generic numbers based on time and materials which was okay since they were unaware of what exactly would be required since they had not seen the job site. They told me to call after the oven was delivered (to confirm that oven was indeed delivered) and they would come out the next day to connect. I called right after appliance delivery people left (probably not best time since it was lunch time) I was unable to reach the person that I needed to get the hookup scheduled. When I called back in a couple of hours, I was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He was a little later than I expected him to be due to taking longer at previous service call than he expected, but he came right in assessed the situation and went right to work. He ran the gas line and changed the fittings on stove to convert it from using natural gas to propane. He checked everything for leaks and cleaned up. He gave me a little break on the bill to compensate for getting there a little later than I expected. That made me happy.

Since I own my own tank, I call around to see who has the best pricing on propane when I need some. If Southern States doesn't have the lowest price (usually does), they will match whatever price I can get elsewhere. They can put you on a payment plan if you want. We just pay it all when we get the invoice. They deliver within a couple of days of requesting service. I usually order 500+ gallons at a time to get best pricing.

The unit runs like new.

Their prices are very reasonable and their work is first class from all aspects. I have had no problems what so ever with them.
