Dave arrived earlier than expected. Took care of my problem within 15 minutes. I've used Dave several times, and would definitely recommend him. He's always prompt, and his prices are very reasonable.

Though Dave's follow-through and customer service were excellent, he did miss the mark on diagnosing the problem that the compressor was going bad. The unit failed again after one week on another mid-90's day. The second technician we called replaced the very same wire but informed my wife that the compressor was failing and a new condensing unit would be needed. This individuals repair costs were higher than Sensible but he did correctly diagnose the core issue of a failing compressor.
Over all, I thought Dave of Sensible Heating and Cooling provided a quality service. I would recommend him even though he did miss the diagnoses because we was timely, priced fairly, and we believe him to be an honest and conscientious businessman.
