Let me start by saying that the ladies in the office and the service guy were great to deal with. The service guy was very good at his job and was very nice and knowledgeable, but I needed 15 shingles replaced! I got a bill for $516.00 for 15 shingles being replaced, now I know my roof is steep and all but, $516.00 for 15 shingles? I don’t know about anyone else, but that seems **** high to me! The service guy ran out of daylight, so he was gonna come back to finish the job, but I told him no, because he was gonna charge me another $175.00 to show up! The owner said he was gonna discount the bill because I wasn’t happy, all he did was not charge me for the next visit, because the job wasn’t done, I would hope not ! So I still have a bill for $516.00 for 15 shingles, some discount! Overall the work was done correctly, but If you only have a repair job, and don’t want to spend $500, don’t call them!
