Did a great job. Also saved me money since he said instead of a GFIC breaker, I could have an outlet placed in the line and it would protect the other outlets on the line.

he tried very hard not to cut into the basement ceiling, but when he did have to do it, he patched up and cleaned everything and did an excellent job.

Mark was great from first call to job completion. Very professional and knowledgable. He replaced the current fuse panel and installed two new outlets in the garage. There was one minor issue that the breaker for the oven had failed but he promptly came out to replace on our schedule. Since everything has been perfect. After he left I even walked around the outside meter box that was replaced and garage expecting to find cut wire, caps or etc. There was nothing, no evidence he was even there. We will be scheduling with him soon to have a ceiling fan box installed and light switch in the house re-wired.

He went way beyond just installing outlets.  He removed my big screen TV and hid all the electrical lines behind the tv and install a box I had bought to hid the Direct TV Box.

Went well, he worked very efficiently, arrived early, gave good advice and answered my questions.  Great to work with.

I had called other Angie's List electricians yesterday to come out. 
None of them returned my call.  MR Electrical Services picked up right away and we arranged for them to
 come to troubleshoot/repair circuit in our outside pump house. The circuit handled a heat lamp that we
used to keep the pipes from freezing in these near- and sub-zero nights.
Mark was punctual and quickly diagnosed the
problem (a bad GFI outlet).  I was pleased with his courteousness and
knowledge.  He offered to come back that evening if the solution didn't
work & there was more going on than just the GFI. I was glad he
didn't do more than needed in this first visit.
I will use their services again.

Called Mark in the morning and asked if the work was something he was able to work on. He understood the problem and was very helpful in explaining the solution. Gave me a verbal price quote over the phone. Showed up on time. Performed the work quickly and professionally for the price he quoted me previously. Was able to fit in same day.
