This guy come to my house and painted this magnificent picture of what all he was going to do. Well, the picture got ugly and the yard got uglier. All this guy wants to do is mow, if it gets any harder than that, he'll quit.

"The contract clearly stated that services performed were for mowing and trimming. If additional services were needed, contract stated service provider would provide estimate. However, customer wanted additional services provided at a cost they gave or no cost. Customer would consistently call and give demands, not requests. Service provider terminated contract and issued a prompt refund for monthly services, which were not completed."
