It was very good. It was very helpful. He was prompt and right to the point and gave me some very helpful directions about what I needed to do. I had some particular difficulties with this property and he helped me make decisions about what I should do and the person I should speak with. It wasn't just a simple take on this job of selling my house kind of thing. It turned out to be a bit more complicated and he was most helpful in sending me to the proper people that I needed to discuss this with. There was no price. We didn't need to discuss or be together again or spend any more time. With this particular piece of property, there were some difficulties because I didn't know what I should do first and he helped me ascertain what steps I should take and led in the right direction. He was most helpful.
