Buying and selling a home can be a very emotional and stressful experience. Jay patiently answered all my many questions. Took my frantic and sometimes panicked phone calls during this process ensuring me that it would all be fine. He was understanding when I backed out of a foreclosure after many hours of work and negotiation and continued to work with me to find the right home for me. Jay remained calm and professional when I was excited, scared, frustrated and stressed
