 + -1 moreWe have always had Craigo do our heating/AC service for us. We will not use them again. We had an appointment set up for between noon and 2 p.m. By 2:30, no one had shown up. I called Craigo and they assured me that they would be here within an hour. By 4 p.m. I had to leave the house. When I returned, they had left a tag on our door that they had arrived at 4:20. If they had simply called me to tell me they would not be able to do the service that day, I would have been happy to reschedule. This unreliability, however, is unacceptable.
Description of Work: Craigo was scheduled to do routine seasonal service on our heating/AC system.
