BUCKY'S LTD AUTO BODY

Do not take your vehicle here! We were contacted to pickup our vehicle on a Friday afternoon, but than received a phone call indicating that our bumper had been scratched due to a shop accident. The shop had to keep the vehicle until Monday to repair the scratch. We picked up our vehicle Monday evening and discovered our liftgate did not operate despite operating normally when the vehicle was dropped off! Jeff, our service advisor, sent us to the Chrysler dealership who informed us that the motor was likely bad. I followed up with Jeff to see how we were going to handle the situation and was told there was no way that they caused the damage, so on top of our collision deductible we now have to pay $400 dollars to fix a problem which did not exist before we dropped off the vehicle. Overall, this shop seems inept at best, and you would be better to seek business elsewhere. A quick search of other reviews shows similar problems with workmanship. One final note, Bucky's was an insurance-approved shop and I wonder if it is because they cut corners to save the insurer money because I don't feel that they did a professional repair on my vehicle.

I have used Bucky's for all of my body work on cars since 2002. They do an outstanding job every time. There estimate of the cost is usually very close to the actual cost (baring hidden damage). They tell you when the car will be ready and then deliver on time. In this case, my wife was involved in a small accident. They examined the car, provided an estimate and then worked directly with the insurance company. When they were don all I had to do was pay the deductible and pick up the car. The work was excellent. The car looked band new and you could not tell it had been in a collision. I would highly recommend Bucky's for anyone looking for good quality work on their car.

A deer ran into the side of my car on the way home from work. It dented the left quarter panel in such a way that the driver's side door wouldn't open the whole way. The gentleman at Bucky's was kind enough to pull it out so that the door opens completely.

excellent job performed in a timely manner

Nice people overall but the parking lot itself was a mess with half eaten food and vomit.
