 + -1 moreI found Brown's Plumbing and Pump Service by visiting a nearby plumbing supply company. They recommended Ben Brown as a local professional. I set an appointment with Ben that day. Ben was on time and did the work much faster that I expected. The work was done professionally and he cleaned up afterwards. I thought the price was very fair.
Description of Work: We purchased an "as is" home and immediately found areas needing improvement. Ben Brown, the owner of Brown's Plumbing and Pump Service, came out and looked at our ejector pump and water softener. He discovered that the water softener installation had the salty waste water being sent to the ejector pump, a pump not designed to handle salt water. He pulled the pump and found it heavly corroded from salt. He replaced the pump and reconfigured the plumbing so that the salty waste water would go straight into the sewer line. He then checked out the water softener. Apparently it had been turned off when the ejector pump stopped working. Ben reset the controls and it is working fine now.
