First off I am a 70+ year old Vet. who's spent 28 years in the navy and this is what happen to me when I went to Apple Valley Chevrolet in Martinsburg WV. On Oct. 19th, I took my 2014 Silverado 1500 Z92 truck to get the instrument cluster fixed at Apple Valley Chevrolet in Martinsburg WV. The digital readout was 5 miles an hour different the analog gauge was saying. Chris said that they would order a new one and send it to the conversion company to get it fixed. They had to send it off because the truck had a $16000.00 upgrade done to it from the factory with the full GM warranty. The upgrade came with a lift kit upgraded wheels and rims, an upgraded interior which included a instrument cluster that was up graded. Two full weeks went by without any updates so on Nov. 3rd; I called to see what was going on. Chris called me back to tell me that they sent the new cluster and my original cluster to the conversion company to get it fixed. He then told me that when they sent both back they were broken. He then told me that it would cost me $500.00 for a new one. At that point I told Chris that he will return my truck back to me in the exact same condition as I left it with them. I told him he needs to call someone and get the exact same instrument cluster and have it installed and call me when it was done and that I wasn't going to pay a dime because it was under the factory warranty. I get a call from Chris today Nov. 8th, telling me that my truck is done and that they installed a generic cluster and if I wanted to have the same one like before that I would have to do it myself. He then told me that and quot;you can't really tell the difference if you are not looking at itand quot;, how stupid does he think we are, it's an instrument cluster, we are always looking at it. . As far as I am concerned who broke the parts is no concern to me. The fact of the matter is that my truck was left in their hands and it is not being returned to me in the same condition as I left it with them. This is the last time I will do any business with this company, I suggest you do the same and I do not consider this matter closed.

I called on 12/21 and talked with Chris. Chris was very helpful and responsive. I asked them to replace the heater core and take a look at the passenger door. The team checked to make sure the heater core was the problem before going forward to replace it. Once confirmed, the work was done on time as promised and at a reasonable price. Once paying for this service I questioned if my 10% coupon had been applied. Cashier mentioned that it may have already been applied but she will double check with Chris. When asked Chris was honest and stated that he had forgot to apply the coupon and the bill should've been 10% lower.. I really appreciated this honesty. I have taken my car to Apple Valley Chevrolet once before in October and was quite pleased with that experience as well. Will definitely use them again.

I wanted a specific color Tahoe (red) that had to be special ordered. The dealership wasn't even aware that it was possible to order this particular color, but they were very willing to work with me. I had detailed instructions from another dealer in Texas on exactly how to go through the ordering menus to select the SEO paint options. The salesman and sales manager were very easy to deal with, and were able to get the exact color and options I wanted.
I purchased new wheels, tires, and running boards as well and they installed them when the truck was delivered (for an extra cost of course), and they even dropped the original ones off at my house for me. I was very pleased with their excellent service.
The only other buying experience that I've ever had that was just as positive was when I purchased a used BMW at a BMW dealership in Connecticut. That was also an excellent experience in every way. Apple Valley was just as friendly, just as low-pressure and helpful.
I normally keep my cars at least 150K to 200K miles...so it will be a while before I buy another vehicle. But Apple Valley will definitely get my business in the future should I decide to go with another Chevrolet or Toyota.

This dealership has been very easy to work with. Appointments have all been on time, worked performed as expected, price quote accurate.

They did it well and the quality of work was excellent. Apple Valley Auto team were fast and i will use them again in the future.
