They were extremely responsive to FIL's needs - helped with his limited ability to get to/from the shop and also worked hard to get the repair done on time. Courteous, friendly, and reasonable in cost. As for quality of repair, the end result was a repair that doesn't look repaired - but new and back to the original before damaged condition.

I took my vehicle in on a Monday and their shop is about three miles from my home and they were recommended to me by a friend. I met with Chris, the manager, and he was extremely accommodating. friendly and very helpful. He called Enterprise to have me picked up from his shop and then I was driven to Enterprise to get a rental car. Everything went very smoothly. Chris said my vehicle would be ready by Friday. Since I had to go out of town that day, I told him I would pick it up the following Monday. When I arrived on Monday, they were washing my vehicle and had cleaned the inside as well. My vehicle looked really great and I thought they did a fantastic job.
Through no fault of their own, the tire cover on the rear door had been ordered three times, because the company kept sending the wrong size cover, so Chris said the tire cover would be in on Tuesday, and that I could still take my car home, but to come back Tuesday and he would put the cover on. Chris called me early Tuesday morning and left a message that the tire cover was in and to stop by and he will have it put on. Chris took care of everything very quickly. I was there about five minutes. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. They were very nice people and I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. They even offered to repair one thing that didn't have anything to do with the accident for the minimal cost. They made the appearance of the car look very nice. They were very good and very quick.
