Duane came to my residence about 15 mins early. I explained that I'd had notices from my water service saying my water flow was constant since the 10th (almost a full month) and I hadn't been able to get a hold of anyone there that could give me details about my issue.
He shut off my water, checked the meter and said there was a small leak. He was able to determine that it was inside the house rather than in the line from the meter to the house and continued to narrow down the area until he found that the upstairs toilet was running (inaudibly). 
He was very courteous and considerate, taking the time to show me how to access my meter and explaining each step of the process. He suggested taking a video of my meter if I needed to dispute the bill from the utility company because he didn't think it was as much of a drain as they made it out to be. 
The entire experience was a huge relief to me and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with their plumbing.

He called me on the morning of my appointment, and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up on time and appeared very professional. He listened to the problems i had in the past with excessive water bills and willing to look at all of the paperwork relating to the problem. He asked some questions and then began the inspection of the meter, pipes, toilets, etc. He ran some tests and confirmed that there was not a water leak on my property or in my home. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He ended up charging me  less than i had expected and wrote me a detailed receipt. Then a few days later i recieved an official invoice  (marked paid) detailing the services that were performed, just as promised. I highly recommend him and will refer him to family and friends for any plumbing issues.
