Description of Work: My builder Robert Lyons purchased the doors for our home from Neathawk Lumber in Lewisburg, WV. One door was deemed defective by representative of Neathawk Chris. He said The manufacturer of the door JennWeld was out of business but they would get me another door which arrived 12/20. I called Chris to see when they were coming to install the door.He refered me to Brian Schuman who told me they would not pay to have the door installed because they had already spent too much money. I have no idea what either door cost. I trusted Neathawk to stand behind their products and make me whole. I ask Brian if there was anybody else I could appeal to. He said Mrs. Neathawk , the owner. He said he would talk to her and to call him next week. I called him and he would not take my calls. I had a friend call Mrs. Neathawk who knows her. She did not return his call. Help! Ray Higgins
