It all went very well. I had bought a (Raleigh hybrid) bike from them in the past and was so satisfied with the service I came back again for my next bike puchase of which i am well pleased.
I recommend them to anyone who askeds for my opinion.
Also, i like that they are a small local business and I prefer to buy local and keep my business in the area.
