Affordable Roofing Siding

I can no longer recommend Affordable Roofing. My roof and gutters were damaged during another storm and I attempted to contact this contractor several times. Twice the contractor lied and said he would come out to the house the next day. After being two no shows I contacted another roofer who agreed to come do an estimate but he still needed the manufacturer of the roof. I had no idea so I had tried to contact (via calls, voicemail, and texts) the roofer several more times explaining my situation. The man did not even have the decency to tell me the manufacturer of the roof in order to purchase the supplies myself. Very unprofessional….DO NOT BOTHER!

Jerry was very responsive from the beginning. After the storms roofers were a difficult bunch to get in touch with. Many would not respond to voice mail let alone come provide an estimate. One unethical contractor actually asked me to get other contractors to provide the bids and for me to call back to see if he could do the job cheaper...No way! Jerry was one of the exceptions. He was prompt throughout the process able to provide an estimate within a week. HIs estimate was very reasonable. My roof was in a desperate need of a repair and despite being booked up he was able to patch it quickly until he was able to get to the job. Once at the site he was able to finish the roof in a day. The crew that came out did a very professional job in a quick manner. Affordable also offers a 5 year guarantee on their labor. They are also one of the few that also install gutters.
Affordable Roofing is a professional bunch that I would highly recommend anytime!

He did a real good job. He's cheap and he's good. He was $1000 cheaper than two other estimates. I definitely would use him again.
