My transmission was failing, which a little research showed was a very common problem in this car. After checking with numerous shops in the area, this one was by far the least expensive and offered a comparable warranty. Although it took a little longer than I might have hoped due to some "glitches" in the repair, the end result was completely satisfactory at a significant savings. The shop owner was repeatedly apologetic about the delay, and in fact did an oil change at no charge as a gesture.
