"These 4 women are dynamos. They were very thorough, and extremely pleasant. Based on their look-around of my apartment, we agreed they would not dust my numerous books nor wash my windows, which was fine with me They cleaned counters, outsides of kitchen cabinets, inside the oven and refrigerator, and really scrubbed the bathrooms. They only missed a couple of small spots, which I consider much more than satisfactory. Their ad on Angie's List says they'll work till they're done. This is not actually what they expect to do. For the $199, they plan to work for 2-2-1/2 hours, So my only quibble would be that their ad should be more specific about how much time they will spend."

Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off.
