The central air conditioning unit had a slow leak around the bottom making it wet around the unit, which they repaired in less than a half hour. I paid them.  The next day I had over an inch of water all over my basement floor.  They came back, later the next day, and did repair the unit within a short time. I had stated I felt they made it worse, and I was not happy with the service, since I had paid with cash the day before.  They took a small p/c pipe and ran it along the wall and into the unit. He stated the parts would not be much, and he'd send me a bill.  Two months later I get the other part of the bill.  It stated the parts were less than $7.00, but the labor was much more.  I had paid , and they did not fix it, but made it worse. The A/C unit was fixed, the second time.  I feel that a bill two months later is quite insane, especially since the service did not fix the issue the first time they came, and I had a huge mess to clean. The bill should have arrived much sooner, and I feel like I have been double billed.

At first glance he was very nice and fast to respond, after replacing our condenser fan with one of a different size it broke free sliding down and busting our refrigerate lines then not responding to phone calls about the problem, thus leaving us to fight the summer heat with two little girls with 90+ temps, so not at all happy...

I was very comfortable with them.  I thought that they were very fair as far as billing and that kind of thing.  The quality of their work was good.  I had to leave messages for them, but they got back to me pretty fast.  If needed, I will use them again in the future.

The first time they came out, they couldn't find any problem and just changed some filters. On Christmas Eve my heater went out again and so I had them come back a second time later on. I didn't want to call them on Christmas Eve so I waited a few days. They came right out when I called and were able to find the problem and fix it. A hard to find part was not working and they were able to replace the part and make the repair.
