Rodney showed up and let me know he squeezed us in. He showed up with two workers who immediately started defining the problem. Within a few hours it was running fine. He also cleaned the coils, showed me several things I can do myself to help our AC and Heating do better. Just a little work on my time could save me money in the future. Wait until Monday if possible. If you call them out on a weekend they will show up, but you pay overtime fees. I thought about it and that seems fair, but I will wait until Monday in the future. They appear to be very knowledgeable and efficient.

Showed up a little late but fixed the air conditioner in a couple of minutes. They even had a look at a problem with our ducts and fixed it for free. Great service. Really nice guy.

CAME AN CHECKED THE HEAT PUMP, WITHIN MINUTES FOUND THE PROBLEM, AN ELECTRIC CAPACITOR WAS BLOWN.THE HEAT PUMP WAS UP AN RUNNING IN A FEW MINUTES.

I used Rodney Moore for heating and cooling. They were across the street from where I worked. I have used them before for a humidifier. They came right out and gave me a good estimate. I would recommend them.

The experience was excellent. The price was a little high, but I haven't compared it with others. I wasn't totally satisfied with the quality.
