If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Very un professional and left an elderly man without water over night with an excuse no other than the supply house was closed (from an issue that was caused by inexperience. Not to mention items missing from the home. Subpar work

"Hi there [Member Name Removed]! Upon further investigation of this issue. I did find the job associated with your review as it’s not under your name in our system. It was my understanding, per our conversation, that the piping you are referring to was used on the job in the home belonging to your grandfather. At the suggestion of your grandfather to use. We were referred to the property to finish a partially started repipe. The process of repipe typically is not completed in a single day. We DID in fact leave the water off to a single bathroom in the home overnight. My technician DID offer to cap the line and turn the water on so the remaining plumbing to the home would be partially operational. We were told to leave the water off for the night by the homeowner. We returned the next morning to complete the job at 8 am in an ice storm. I am very sorry that you have not received the correct information throughout this process. But we are very grateful to have restored the plumbing in your grandfathers home. Feel free to give us a call at any time with any further questions. 304-249-4956"

Great service! We reached out to the company and they came within 24 hours to give us a quote which they got to us very quickly. We had our water softener placed within a week with no problems. Matt even followed up a week later to be sure everything was working and we were satisfied.
