Mr. Mauck and his team were pretty expensive but, I think, worth it. Because this is a vacation home, I simply gave them the key and drove up to check in from time to time. The house has a tremendous amount of wood trim and a very high ceiling in the LR and kitchen. There is no paint on the trim anywhere in the house, plus there is not a single drip of paint that I have found anywhere. Mr. Mauck cheerfully worked around other contractors who were in and out of the house. The crew cleaned up after themselves completely as well. My family couldn't be happier with the job they did.
