Constantly reduce services with no reduction in cost. Customer service is dismal and often will give you false guarantees.

Since garbage collection changed to 3 AM in our residential neighborhood the service has gone out the window. This week not only was trash strewn up and down the street, but so was glass that they broke and left for all of us to drive through and our kids to play in when we woke up, well, those who can sleep through them storming the neighborhood at that hour. My neighbors and I have complained and complained, but no one cares. Time to look at other providers.

Professional job delivering and removing 30-yd dumpsters I needed during a house remodel project. I filled them up much faster than I expected, and they were very responsive at dropping off a new empty when picking up the full one. Occasionally they were able to complete a same-day request, but normally it took a day or two within my call. They also saved us almost $200 on one of the hauls because when I informed them it was 100% masonry, they took it to a masonry recycler for a reduced rate. Note that the $425 is a per-haul charge, and it goes up if you exceed a certain weight. Even though they're main office is in WV, they have a branch in Baltimore that services Montgomery County. Highly recommend them for dumpster service.

They come every Monday. They are reliable. They come on schedule.

They are my regular trash hauler, however if I have something that's too large, I call them and they will pick it up on trash day. They don't charge me anything extra. They are very good, I would rate them overall an A.
