The owner and service provider is Pete.  He is wonderful and very
knowledgeable if you can get him to call you back.  The secretary, Penny
is a very nice person but I do not feel that my questions or phone
calls were given the attention they deserved.  She never followed up
with any of my phone calls or questions.  I was told it would take 3-4
days for my mold results to come back and it took 2 weeks.
Pete did discuss over the phone with me, in great length, the meaning of my results and his advice was good.
