They were prompt, nice and on time. The carpets looked brand new, it's just that the carpets were wet for a long time.

I enjoyed speaking with the representative via phone. Everyone was polite, professional, very quick with a cost estimate and ability to come out for service. No problems with the actual cleaning (and the process was fast too!).

They did okay. They removed the furniture when needed. They were very attentive to make sure that those that could not be moved were raised up so that when the carpet tried there weren't any kind of stains.
