Daniel Leonard Masonry

Mr Leonard first came with one employee to measure the jobs and to look at how we could match the existing walls and to give me an estimate.  He was extremely honest about what could be done and how and did give me the best price I received (out of 3 other masons' estimate).   I had three different projects completed with Daniel Leonard Masonry, all well done, in good time for a competitive price.  I did not have to wait for weeks and the jobs were completed promptly.  For the larger and most difficult job (the parging of the addition required 2-3 coats very straight) the process was quite impressive.  Mr Leonard showed up promptly with a whole team of 4-5 masons to set up scaffoldings, tape all doors and windows (to protect against mortar), supervise material delivery and make sure everything was ready to start the next day.  Then they were gone.  The following day, the same efficient army had given the entire house a first coat.   Then 2 more days of the same and everything was done well, solid and flat and cleaned up with a big smile.  He was also very flexible and easy to talk to when I added the third project (cement slab for gas thanks on a slope) at the end of day 2!  I am normally not an easy person to satisfy but frankly I can't find anything negative to say about this contractor!
