We've been going to them for a few years and we've been really pleased. We use to go to a different vet and their costs were a lot more than Valley Veterinarians. They are wonderful to work with, very knowledgably and I've been really pleased. The staff is always joining on the spot if we need something. My dog has epilepsy and has to have a prescription refilled each month and they have it ready immediately. Wonderful service.

I've gone to them for years. They are a married couple that own the business - Drs. Scott and Elizabeth Rogan. They are wonderful and very caring. I had to have a dog put down which was very traumatic for me - but this was made much easier by their compassion and understanding. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

We had our cat scheduled for her yearly vaccinations, but so happened to get sick the morning of the appointment. She was vomiting, guarded her stomach, wasn't eating, and was lethargic. She had done this 1 1/2 weeks prior, but recovered within 12 hours. So, we didn't think anything about it. Dr Irvine thought it would be best to put off the vaccinations since our cat was sick, but recommended to do lab work and x-rays to see what was going on since this was the 2nd time this has happened in 2 weeks. X-rays came back clear for any foreign bodies/obstructions, and her lab work was fine as well. The only thing she found was irritation to the intestines, and a bit of hair in her stomach area. Not out of the realm for a long hair cat that has been sick. So this showed her a lot of things we aren't dealing with. Some very serious. She discussed a number of possibilities it still could be, and advised that if she wasn't better by Monday to bring her back. At that point, viral testing would have to be done. Our cat may even have an allergy of some sorts. Our cat tried to eat last night, but quickly vomited whatever she ate. We held off until this morning to see how she is doing, and she started eating her dry food on her own. We then eased her into the wet food. So far, so good. She isn't totally back to herself, but I'd say 85%-90% better. Needless to say, we're relieved. We were at the cusp of thinking about switching vets due to the drive. We lived in the area before, but we now live in Huntington and wanted something more convenient. We realize when we go to this office that we need to stick with what has been good for our cat. We've never had a problem getting a prompt appointment. The office staff and assistants are efficient, and friendly. The vets never do more testing than they need to do. You can tell they all care about animals, and is in it for the right reasons. Of course I wish it cost a little less, but it is what it is. She had quite a bit of work done, and it costs money to do those type of things. We're sticking with the best vets we've ever dealt with. Not looking to change anytime soon. Highly recommend.

They are very attentive and wonderfully caring. They take the time to talk with you and do any necessary testing for the pet.

I can usually get an appointment to see a vet in the office the same day if I call in the morning. They are open until 7 p.m. during the week so it is possible to get an appointment (perhaps not the same day as when you call) for after work. They are not open on the weekends however.
It is always a pleasure to talk with them on the phone or go in to see either the doctor or pick up medications or get the pugs' nails cut, etc.

They keep their costs at a very good price for this area. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent.
