It went very well. Ralph performed the work and it took about 3 hours to clean all the carpets.  We have about 1800 square feet of carpet which includes the outside screened porch carpet as well.  We paid a little extra (.43 instead of .33 per foot) and obtained Scotchguard within the cleaning solution too.  I also had a 10% coupon which I obtained from Angie's list which saved about $80.00.  Ralph was very professional and worked steadily the whole time.  The carpets looked very nice when finished.   The only thing I can say is we will use them again for any cleaning projects.

I've had electricians, handymen, plumbers, painters, etc. in and out of my home for the past 2 years.  The carpet was in desperate need of a good cleaning 12-months ago but it was delayed d/t needing other projects completed in the house. I chose to use Chem Dry because I didn't want to have soggy carpet, but I was concerned about whether or not Chem Dry would be able to get the dirt, grease, etc. out of the heavy traffic areas. Harold assured me he'd be able to clean the carpet and that the spots would disappear. Well, not only did they disappear but I couldn't tell you where the spots had been. The carpet looks WONDERFUL and there's no soggy-wet aftermath. Chem Dry may be a little pricier than carpet cleaners that use water---but the extra cost is money well spent.

Harold was great. Very nice and easy to talk to and deal with. We had to reschedule (our fault, not his) and was more than accommodating.  He gave us a quote and performed the service that same day. He even gave us a discount that wasn't listed on Angie's List. He explained the difference in how the cleaning works on the different kinds of carpet we have too. The end result was fantastic. We will definitely use him again!

Workman arrived as scheduled and went right to work.  In the past they had occassionly  sent two men which resulted in a better job.They call back in a day or two to see if you are satisfied.We usually get a discount card and reminder every six months.
