Teays Valley service showed up within 2 hours of us calling. The next day they were here on time and Randall and Robbie did a great job at installing our new unit. Would definitely refer these two installers to anyone.

It was more complex that average job on and old system with returns that had to be improved; so it took longer than hoped for. But results are good.

The work was done well, until the workman put a dark brown vent on my off-white carpet. Then he used an oversized return air cover, instead of a smaller one that would fit better. I asked if these could be exchanged for more appropriate colored and sized parts. The worker never responded to my request. Also I'd discussed a possible filter system (again to deal with mold formation) with the financial estimator, but after leaving 3 voicemails for him to return my call, he failed to do so. I was disappointed with this lack of professionalism.

Teays Valley Heating & Air Conditioning was very easy to work with. I called and scheduled and appointment and was emailed confirmation of the appointment. I received a call from Jeff before he arrived. The arrival time was well within the scheduled time frame. Jeff was very thorough, told me what he was doing and why. Jeff also pointed out some modifications and improvements. He was not pushy or overbearing. Very pleasurable experience. I like their professionalism so much I signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Couldn't ask for better service.

They did real well. Their costs are on the high side. However their attention to detail and quality of work was top notch. I liked them for that. It took about 1.5 days to put in the new system. It's worked fine ever since and they do periodic maintenance on the systems - usually 2x a year.

We bought a new HVAC system from Service Experts in Hurricane and found them to be very helpful and professional. They answered my many questions and were very professional and courteous. The installation was done quickly and neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased and would choose them again in the future.

On 7/30/2013 a service tech arrived for service on my air conditioner as it was popping the circuit breaker. He determined that the air tank(?) was the cause and made suggestions for a remedy. He gave me approximate price for repair and explained the different type of units available if I wanted to replace the whole unit. My air conditioner was 8 years old so we decided to replace with a Lennox 14 SEER air conditioner. An appointment was made for a sales rep to come and see what would be required for the job.
John Caruthers arrived and checked my system and explained the procedures , time frame for installation and cost. The first open date was 8/2/2013 Friday 0800. The cost was $5,474.00 for removal of old components, installation and service of new one.
Tim and Dennis arrived on time Friday the 2nd. They removed the old air conditioner the pad and A coil and old lines. Installed all new parts and equipment , put in Freon and made sure that every thing was working properly. Insured also that all old parts etc. were taken away.
Appreciated too that every time they entered the house they put on booties over their shoes. All were courteous and professional. Also John assisted us getting the finances needed which helped since I was having computer problems.
I rated a B on price cause I think ALL things can be less.

These guys were great. We had a crew of four. They arrived on time, provided a neat and professional installation, and then hauled away all associated job debris. Scheduling the work was convenient, and we only paid after the work was completed. There was one minor issue that necessitated a call-back, and I wouldn't comment on it at all except that it illustrates the company's commitment to service. I think the installer was there within a couple to remedy a minor oversight, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use this company again.
