I called Hurricane Lawn & Landscaping to let them know my concerns with a mountain on the side of my garage he had originally agreed to fix but did not. When I called he said he would come back out and fixing a mountain for free and now I haven't heard from them in three weeks. He is no longer picking up when I call or returning my calls.
