Our veterinary hospital provides personalized and friendly service from our well educated team who strives to exceed your expectations at each visit. We understand the bond between you are your pets and go out of our way to educate you on how to provide the best care available for your furry friends. We feel complete exams from the nose to tip of the tail are essential to finding problems before a disease is untreatable. It is common for our clients to say that they wish their doctor provided exams as complete as ours. We also feel an educated client is the best pet owner. You can only provide the care your pet needs if we educate you about what those needs are. Do not plan to be in and out the doors in 10-15 minutes for an exam. It takes time for us to provide the quality care you and your pet deserve. We respect your busy schedule though and strive to keep our appointments running on time so you can get to other appointments you have.

Weighed our dog. Took him to exam room where vet's assistant asked questions pertaining to the dog. The assistant then took the dog into another room and he received his shots and blood was taken for senior panel and other blood testing. They brought the dog back into the exam room and I was told that our dog has a blood clotting problem caused from tick bites and must take an antibiotic to get rid of the infection. A prescription was written and given to me for that medicine. I also received ear medicine that I need to keep on hand as my dog frequently gets yeast in his ears. Took dog out of exam room and checked out of the office after paying $407.00.

The estimated written price before we arrived was about $140.00, which was a comparable amount for this type of service in our area. However, on the day of the surgery, we found out there was also bloodwork, which was strongly suggested so they would have a "base-line" fror any future problems. Altogether, the bill then totalled about $350.00. Even though we followed all after-care directions, we had to return to the office and spend another $70.+ for medications a few weeks later. While the veterinary staff is very polite, knowlegeable and patient and explains what they are doing during exams, this facility is quite expensive in comparison to other area facilities of the same type; for this reason, we are debating finding another provider in the area.

This visit went well.....I did have to wait a little longer than usual but maybe there was an emergency. They always go over what our dog eats and how she is doing. Then they take her back and give her shots and usually weigh her. They are always kind and caring to my pets, I'm there quite often.

They are a little on the expensive side. We were shocked with the price that they charged us the first time. However, the price charged in August was a little less than the first time. I told them that I couldn’t afford what they wanted for both the dogs. So they did make an adjustment for the examination. I like that they are very thorough and they explain things to you. They tell you what they are going to do while doing the examination and before they do it. They are also very good at explaining afterwards about what they found or what they didn’t find. They tell you about the condition of your dog and how often you need to go back. We would use their services in the future too.

They checked us in right away. We saw the veternarian and he was very receptive in listening. They performed a couple of tests. They felt confident that it was treatable with medicine and a special diet. She started to feel herself again within the next day. Overall, they provided excellent service and truly care about our 4 leg friends.
