Awesome experience. Honest evaluation of our cooling system. Extremely knowledgeable. Ray was able to fit us in to the schedule the same day since he was doing work across the street in our neighborhood.
Our downstairs A/C unit had ice on the lines going to the blower unit and the evaporator coil was iced up. We ran the fan and removed the ice a few days before calling Fusion.
So far no issues. It is a 14 yr old A/C unit, so it may be time for a replacement. We are going to see how it goes since the Refrigerant levels are good and the condenser is cleaned.
