Matt Barnes is amazing! We are first time home buyers and were worried about hiring someone who wouldn’t be thorough… We were astonished at how thorough he was. He found numerous issues, we ended up not purchasing the house because of structural damage and plan on using Matt for the next home! He provided us with a very detailed 32 page report that went over everything from the front porch, to the oven, to hand railings.
