Took the vehicle in for WV state inspection. Was told by the lady at the service desk that I would be up next - probably 30 minutes before they would get started. I had a ride and went to run a couple errands. Went back about an hour later and they still had not started. Came back the second time - almost 3 hours later - and they still had not touched it. There were at least 3 empty bays when we pulled up the second time. Once they saw me and knew I was upset, a service guy came out to get my car. Told them to forget it, I would take it somewhere else. Guess they don't make much off inspections and didn't want to fool with it. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

They are really awesome and are one of the few places that had a military discount. When a weight slipped off my tire they actually came to my house to take it and fix it; I did not have to go back to them. All the staff is really courteous and professional. They were willing to beat the prices of any other competitor.

The owner knew that we were not in the best financial situation and he worked with us to get a good deal on some reliable tires. They have always treated us well and we highly recommend them.
